"Spiritual Vitamins- Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life"

In everything that Minister Janet Lovell does the message is the same. It is a message of empowerment, for students, for parents, for people looking to make a change in their lives. It is an affirmation of the transformative power of our own minds, of our own words when in accordance with God’s. Its more concrete than hope, it’s faith in action, coupled with an understanding of scripture. In “Spiritual Vitamins” she has written at length about the power of not just positive thinking, but about actually being dedicated to projecting, and visualizing the life you want, enriched by Christian teaching. She teaches the power of prayer, as a connection to God, a drawing on the power within that He has placed there. This is instrumental in battling what she refers to as the ‘Spirit of Unforgiveness”; a holding onto past pain that cements insecurity, hinders progress in our lives, and can affect us physically, as a  disease would. This is in part what makes her approach so effective. Eastern healing practitioners have for centuries taken for granted that the body could not be healthy if the mind and the soul were ill. In her Healing Seminars this holistic perspective, grounded in her enduring faith, has literally been a blessing for hundreds of people seeking health in body, and peace of mind.  She has born witness to miracles, and acted as a vessel for the God who in Jeremiah 30:17 proclaimed “But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds”.

WISDOM BEHIND CHRISTMAS

Christmas should be a time of reflection, to see if our life is close to the light or close to darkness. Jesus Christ was of the light. Jesus Christ represents kindness, truth, justice, forgiveness, love and other positive attributes.
Jesus Christ was such a great gift to mankind, that you should celebrate Him in your thoughts all the time by being mindful of Him as a special gift to you.
The Christmas tree, the merriment, once it is done in good taste it it’s wonderful; but let us understand that true celebration must first take place in your mind. Buying the Christmas tree, playing all the sweet Christmas carols, the giving of gifts to family are fine, but what about your standing and appreciation for God? Each time you give a gift, you ahoul be mindful that you have been given the greatest gift, which is the crucifixion. Each time you here about Christmas, Jesus Christ the son of God should enter your mind.
Christmas is also a time to make an extra effort to show appreciation, forgiveness, patience, compassion which in totality is love. It is the best time to review your life and place things in prospective.
In earthly birthday celebrations, you prepare the place or home with Christmas decorations. You can also prepare your spiritual place, which is your mind. Guard your thoughts and flush out all negativities from your mind. You also give physical gifts during Christmas, but you must also remember that you have been given the most wonderful gift; the gift of salvation! Thank God for your gift now.

How can you prevent anxiety attacks from plaguing you?

Please follow these examples:
1.         Forgive and release the pain. The person who hurt you 9/10 times doesn’t remember the things they did because they were not the one who felt the pain you did. f
2.       Look in the mirror and begin to accept and love yourself.
3.       When the anxiety is on its way repeat “I am calm now.” Close your eyes and imagine yourself calm.
4.      Command that negative energy to leave you alone.
5.       Repeat, “The spirit of God has removed all fear”
6.      Chant “Only positive thoughts, only positive thoughts should enter my mind. Only thoughts of peace can stay in my mind.”
7.       Repeat “God has not given me a spirit fear but of power, love & a sound mind.”
8.      Practice deep breathing.
9.      Visualize the power of the cross and the blood removing all impurities from your chest.
